ilink（“本 App”）帮助家庭成员记录近况并按用户选择进行分享。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为何使用、与谁共享，以及你如何访问、导出或删除这些信息。
我们不收集位置信息、通讯录或广告标识符，不使用第三方广告或行为分析 SDK，也不跨 App 或网站跟踪你。
上述信息仅用于提供本 App 功能，包括登录与账号安全、同步你的近况、建立家庭、发送和接收你明确选择的分享、推送不含私密正文的提醒、生成家庭摘要、记录 AI 处理同意，以及支持数据导出和账号删除。
录音会经由我们的 Vercel 服务发送至 OpenAI，用于完成你请求的语音转写和内容整理。原始音频不会写入我们的业务数据库或应用日志，本机临时录音在处理结束后删除。转写结果只有在你确认保存后才作为近况内容存入云端。OpenAI 可能依其 API 数据政策处理或短期保留请求数据；详情请参阅 OpenAI 隐私政策。
账号、近况、家庭和分享数据存储在由 Neon 提供的云数据库中；服务接口托管于 Vercel。Apple 提供登录与推送通知服务，OpenAI 提供用户主动启用的 AI 处理。我们仅向这些服务商传输提供对应功能所需的信息，并要求其按各自条款和隐私政策处理数据。数据可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理。
未确认的草稿不能分享。只有你主动选择的已确认内容和收件人才会生成独立的分享快照。你之后编辑或删除自己的原始近况，不会自动更改已发送的快照；如需让收件人不再访问该内容，请在 App 内撤回对应分享。离开家庭、移除成员或解散家庭时，相关访问权限会按 App 内提示撤销。
我们在账号有效期间保存提供同步和家庭分享所需的数据。你删除一条未分享或原始近况时，其云端原始记录会被删除；已发送的分享快照按上一节处理。你删除账号时，账号及其关联内容会从活动数据库中删除，但家庭所有者需要先转移所有权或解散仍有成员的家庭。服务商备份中的残留副本会依其备份周期失效。
网络传输使用 HTTPS；登录凭据和推送令牌采用额外保护；服务端根据已验证的用户会话限制数据访问。没有任何系统能保证绝对安全，但我们会持续采用合理的技术与组织措施保护数据。
本 App 面向成年家庭成员，不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标用户。请勿在没有适当授权的情况下提交儿童的个人信息。
我们可能因功能、服务商或法律要求变化而更新本政策。重大变化会通过 App 或本页面提供适当通知，并更新“最后更新”日期。

ilink helps family members record updates and share them with people they choose. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, and how you can access, export, or delete it.
We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
We use this information only for app functionality: authentication and account security, syncing updates, creating households, sending and receiving shares you explicitly choose, delivering notifications without private message text, generating family briefs, recording AI-processing consent, exporting data, and deleting accounts.
Recordings are relayed through our Vercel service to OpenAI to perform the transcription and structuring you request. Raw audio is not written to our application database or application logs, and the local temporary recording is deleted after processing. A transcript is stored in the cloud only after you confirm and save it as an update. OpenAI may process or temporarily retain API request data under its API data policies. Account, update, household, and sharing data are stored in a cloud database provided by Neon. Our service endpoints are hosted by Vercel. Apple provides authentication and push notifications, and OpenAI provides user-initiated AI processing. We send each provider only the information needed for that function, subject to its terms and privacy policy. Data may be processed outside your country or region.
Unconfirmed drafts cannot be shared. A separate share snapshot is created only for confirmed content and recipients you select. Editing or deleting your original update does not automatically change a snapshot already sent; use the in-app revoke action if you want recipients to lose access. Leaving a household, removing a member, or dissolving a household revokes related access as described in the app.
We keep data needed for synchronization and family sharing while your account is active. Deleting an unshared or original update deletes its original cloud record; sent share snapshots are handled as described above. Deleting your account removes the account and associated data from the active database, although a household owner must first transfer ownership or dissolve a household that still has members. Residual copies in service-provider backups expire under the providers' backup cycles.
We use HTTPS in transit, additional protection for login credentials and push tokens, and authenticated server-side access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
The app is intended for adult family members and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information without appropriate authorization.
We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes through the app or this page and update the “Last updated” date.
