By downloading, installing, or using Smart Light Assistant ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Smart Light Assistant is a mobile application that transforms your device's screen into a fill light for photography and videography purposes. The App provides various lighting effects, color adjustments, and camera functionality to enhance your creative projects.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the App's features to create and capture your own content

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App

Device Permissions

The App requires certain permissions to function properly:

• Camera Access: Required for real-time preview and photo/video capture
• Photo Library Access: Required to save captured content and import existing media
• Screen Brightness Control: Required to adjust device brightness for optimal lighting effects

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit the App's functionality.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App. However, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use any imported media
• Your content does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws and regulations

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• That any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Device Safety

While using the App as a fill light:

• Be mindful of device battery consumption and heat generation
• Take breaks to prevent device overheating
• Use appropriate brightness levels to avoid eye strain
• Be considerate of others when using bright lighting in public spaces

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates may be installed automatically or require manual action. By continuing to use the App after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
